Triple Cities Metal Finishing is currently seeking a Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities across two different buildings. Your hands-on approach will directly contribute to our operational excellence, ensuring a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

Since 1945, TCMF has made innovative, as well as necessary changes in the way we conduct everyday business. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long.

Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time!

Position Overview

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean buildings by emptying trash and cleaning surfaces
• Clean and disinfect food areas
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Dust furniture
• Clean and service restrooms
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a custodial role is required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Total Compensation Package:

• Wage
  • $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
  • Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
