We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding Home Oxygen Equipment and Service team in New Windsor. This role coordinates patient scheduling, order processing, and communication with medical staff. If you are passionate about patient-centered care, thrive in an independent work environment, and want to be part of a growing, mission-driven team, this opportunity is for you!
This role will report directly to the District Manager. The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound patient and provider calls, schedule oxygen equipment deliveries and service visits, verify prescriptions and documentation with VA staff, enter orders into company systems, resolve patient concerns, and provide support, audit, and maintain accurate patient records. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently. Compassion for the elderly and a patient-centric nature are a must.
Qualified candidates will have a High school diploma or equivalent along with administrative or healthcare experience (preferred), strong communication and organization skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency, along with the ability to understand and articulate the services that we offer. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
