About Us

Mahere Capital helps business owners across all 50 states access working capital — merchant cash advances, lines of credit, term loans, and revenue-based financing. We work with established businesses averaging $85K+ in monthly revenue. We're growing, and we're looking for closers who want uncapped income, not a salary cap.

What You'll Do

  • Call and follow up with business owners to offer working capital and financing solutions
  • Build rapport fast, qualify the deal, and move owners from interested to funded
  • Manage your own pipeline — consistent outreach, tight follow-up, no leads left cold
  • Educate clients on their options and position the right product for their situation
  • Hit and exceed monthly funding targets

Who You Are

  • You can hold a phone conversation and close — this is a talking, selling role, not order-taking
  • You're organized and disciplined with follow-up (the money is in the follow-up)
  • You're coachable, competitive, and motivated by commission
  • B2B sales, MCA, financial services, or call-center sales experience is a strong plus
  • You understand that quality deals come from working the phones, not waiting

Compensation

  • Uncapped commission — top reps earn $150K+
  • Realistic first-year range: $75K–$150K depending on effort and close rate
  • Performance bonuses for hitting funding milestones
  • We provide the leads, the products, and the lender relationships — you bring the hustle
