Architect
Engineering firm that's been in business for decades is looking for a Senior Architect for their White Plains office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of client relations including attending meetings
- Make authoritative decisions/recommendations that have an impact on architectural activities
- Demo nstrate creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment to solve architectural problems
- Manage, coordinate, and mentor staff/project level employees
- Determine project objectives/requirements
- Develop standards/guidelines for diverse architectural activities
- Ensure technical documents are compliant with industry standards/codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 12+ years of experience/extensive knowledge in architectural design
- Knowledge of Revit preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
