Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff, patient care plans, and daily facility operations .
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations .
- Provide clinical support and training to nursing staff .
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and administrative teams .
- Monitor resident conditions, medication administration, and care quality .
- Address patient concerns and resolve any care issues .
- Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members .
- Travel to various long-term care facilities as needed .
Qualifications
- Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in long-term care or nursing supervision .
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills .
- Certifications: BLS required; Geriatric or LTC certifications preferred .
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to accept travel assignments .
