Buisness Development Manager

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the marine and RV dealer markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and relationship management, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the marine and RV sectors.
- Identify and engage potential dealership partners through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers, understanding their needs and providing tailored financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer service.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry.
- Knowledge of indirect lending processes and experience working with marine and RV dealers is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with dealers and attend industry events.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
