Accounts Receivable
Immediate opening for Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our client located in Danbury, CT. Pay range $ 25 - $ 28 Hr .
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate customer invoices and statements
· Post and apply customer payments
· Monitor aging accounts and follow up on past-due balances
· Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
· Reconcile customer accounts and process approved credit memos
· Prepare accounts receivable reports and support month-end close
· Respond to customer billing inquiries and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
· Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related experience preferred
· 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Manufacturing industry experience preferred
Preferred:
· Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, or Oracle; knowledge of credit management and collections processes.

Hours - 8:30am – 5pm (open to just 30 hours if needed)
