Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Bronx, NY. We seek a dedicated and compassionate clinician to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care while working in a new clinical setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New York State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar post-acute settings preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ADL/IADL training, assistive devices, and adaptive equipment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cognitive and perceptual assessments preferred.
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
