What is a Program Manager SAP - CX?
A Program Manager SAP – CX works in the Customer practice group and provides business expertise and direction for SAP defect identification, resolution, prioritization, testing, internal/external communication, etc. The Program Manager SAP – CX is a key function partnering closely with various department including the Contact Center, Consumer Outreach, IT, Regulatory, Customer Accounting, etc. this job offer ensures that the employee and customer practice is efficient and effective, enabling the highest customer service quality standards.
What does a Program Manager SAP - CX do?
»Works directly with the business areas and IT to identify, prioritize, resolve, and test SAP programming changes
»Make recommendations to improve existing programming and procedures, and continually evolve processes to streamline employee end user and customer practice
»Interface everyday with Customer Service, Consumer Outreach, IT and other internal and external partners to quickly resolve issues.
»Provides support to Customer Services in the areas of quality, operations, and procedures to align business processes to standard SAP functionality.
»Develops standard operating procedures, reference material, training material, and job aids and provides updates as necessary, for employees to maintain the capability to properly handle customer matters relating to Customer Service
»Serve as a source of business and SAP expertise to assist employees with resolving customer account questions and issues
»Identifies and implements new business process changes to enhance the employee and customer practice in SAP
»Completes additional assignments as needed
»Supports storm/emergency restoration efforts
What does it take to be a Program Manager SAP - CX?
Required:
»Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a significant field of study and 2+ years related practice, such as working in an operational function where technology is utilized, or a systems function embedded in a business unit. In Lieu of an Associate’s degree, a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of significant practice
» practice leading a team, coaching, and mentoring employees
»Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the capability to lgain new computer software programs quickly
»Excellent written and verbal communication expertise to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and levels within the organization
»Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management expertise to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
»Must be self-motivated, and possess strong decision-making and critical thinking expertise
» capability to resolve concerns and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
»Must demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and promote a strong work ethic and positive customer service approach
»Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours as business needs require
»A valid driver’s license
Preferred:
» practice working in the regulated electric and/or gas utility industry
» practice and/or proficiency with SAP products
