Job Description



As a Sales Associate at our Woodbury Common Premium Outlet , you’ll bring the Salomon brand to life through approachable, authentic service—whether you're walking someone through our product assortment or simply helping them find the right size. This outlet location blends self-service and full-service moments, so we’re looking for adaptable team members who can shift gears between high-volume efficiency and personalized product guidance

Customer Service

  • Connect with Customers: Use your exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to help customers find the perfect products and drive sales. Incorporate our apparel and footwear into your styling suggestions, demonstrating how they can create a cohesive lifestyle aesthetic.
  • Problem Solver: Quickly and positively find solutions for customers, ensuring a responsive and engaging interaction, with diligent follow-up.
  • Handle Challenges Professionally: Address complaints and objections swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Promote Security: Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention practices.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, well-organized, and inviting for customers.
  • Transaction Confidence: Confidently handle cash and digital transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Visual Merchandising

  • Enhance Product Presentation: Contribute to maintaining high brand visual standards, ensuring excellence in product presentation at all times.
  • Assist with Replenishment: Support with replenishment and pricing duties, including preparation for sales and promotions as needed.

AVAILABILITY EXPECTATIONS

General:

  • Part-time; schedule determined by Store Manager.
  • Must be available for varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Peak Periods:

  • Black Friday: All team members are required to work the day after Thanksgiving.
  • Holiday Season: Availability required from the second week of December through early January (return period window). Specific dates to be communicated each year.

COMPENSATION:
At the time of this posting, a reasonable estimated pay range is $19-22/hour. This range varies depending on the market location and type of store. Individual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-specific skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
