Registered Behavior Technician(RBT)/Behavior Technician(BT) – Paid Center Coverage Position

Location: St. James, NY

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00/hour (based on education, certification, and experience)

Job Type: On-Call / Part-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday On-Call from 3 PM – 7 PM | Saturdays On-Call 10 AM – 2 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated, flexible Behavior Technicians (BTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our on-call coverage team. In this role, you'll step in to provide same-day ABA therapy services at our center, ensuring continuity of care when regular staff are unavailable.

What You'll Do

• Be available on-call Monday–Friday (3 PM – 7 PM) and Saturday (10 AM – 2 PM) for immediate center-based coverage
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and behavior support under the supervision of a BCBA
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and treatment progress
• Complete session notes and documentation in compliance with clinical and insurance standards
• Participate in required training, supervision, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)
• RBT certification (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience (preferred)
• Availability during listed on-call hours is essential
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable transportation to our center location in St. James, NY
• Professionalism, punctuality, and consistency
