We are looking for a highly curious and execution-focused Product Manager to join our Tokenization team. This team is a unique group that blends deep, multi-asset class financial experience across investment and operations with a world-class smart contract engineering team. Together, we are building the future of global tokenization infrastructure, integrating across both regulated financial systems and the rapid innovation of DeFi.

This role is for a flexible product manager who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused culture. The ideal candidate understands the worlds of both institutional finance and modern product design, but more importantly, possesses a top 1% curiosity and a work ethic to match our ambitious delivery schedule. Requirements

• Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new product opportunities by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering insights from clients and internal experts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, legal, and operations teams to translate product requirements into clear specifications and deliver high-quality features.
• Help define and track key product metrics and KPIs to guide product prioritization and measure success.
• Create and maintain essential product documentation, including user stories, process flows, and project plans to ensure alignment across all teams.
• Clearly communicate product updates, timelines, and progress to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our ambitious delivery schedule.

What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)

• 7+ years of experience in product management, and/or relevant experience in institutional finance, management consulting, or a technical product role.
• Foundational knowledge spanning both institutional finance (e.g., capital markets, asset management, financial operations) and product development principles.
• An insatiable curiosity and a proven ability to learn complex technical and financial concepts quickly.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort for working effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, influencing outcomes and driving execution.
• A high degree of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a 'no-task-is-too-small' attitude.
• A deep and demonstrated interest in digital assets, tokenization, DeFi, and the future of financial markets.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
