- Microsoft & Cloud Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Windows Server environments.
- Identity & Security: Administer Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, SSO, and MFA. Oversee email security (spam, DLP, malware) and monitor systems for vulnerabilities.
- Endpoint Management: Deploy, image, and manage laptops and device policies using Microsoft Intune. Apply patches and manage endpoint security.
- Virtualization & Databases: Configure and manage VMware vSphere (ESXi) environments and perform basic SQL Server administration and backups.
- Networking & Hardware: Manage enterprise networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet). Maintain physical infrastructure, including server racking, cabling, and hardware upgrades.
- Support & Documentation: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and end-user support. Document system configurations and recommend operational improvements.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years as a Systems Administrator or in a similar enterprise IT support role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), and core enterprise networking (LAN, VPNs, WAPs, Firewalls).
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance standards such as CMMC, NIST, or ISO 27001.
