General Manager
Noi Due Carne & Noi Due Events
Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 per year
Noi Due Carne and Noi Due Events are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations, leadership, and continued growth of both our restaurant and private events divisions. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, leading the front-of-house team, managing operational excellence, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily restaurant and event operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, mentor, and manage front-of-house teams, including managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Maintain a strong floor presence and ensure smooth execution of service.
- Develop and improve operational systems, procedures, and service standards.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, payroll, and employee performance.
- Handle guest relations, VIP clientele, and service recovery.
- Oversee private events and catering operations, including staffing, logistics, and execution.
- Manage beverage operations, vendor relationships, wine program initiatives, and staff training.
- Monitor inventory, costs, and operational efficiencies to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with ownership, culinary leadership, and marketing teams to support business growth.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, labor, and liquor regulations.
- Oversee facility needs, vendor relationships, and operational maintenance.
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing teams, payroll, labor costs, inventory, and operations.
- Excellent hospitality mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with POS systems, reservations platforms, and event operations preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
