• Maintenance and support:
  Provide ongoing maintenance, monitor system health, troubleshoot storage-related issues, and ensure data integrity and security.
• Performance and capacity management:
  Monitor performance, perform capacity planning, and optimize storage systems for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Data management:
  Perform data backups and recovery operations, manage data replication, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
• Documentation:
  Develop and maintain technical documentation for storage procedures and configurations.
• Automation:
  Develop scripts and use orchestration tools to automate storage management tasks.

Qualifications and skills

• Education:
  A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience:
  Experience with relevant storage environments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting is essential.
• Technical expertise:
  Proficiency with technologies like SAN, NAS, and cloud storage, along with knowledge of specific vendors like NetApp and Dell EMC, is common.
• Soft skills:
  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are crucial for collaborating with other teams and providing technical support.
