Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager in New York, NY 10001 to support clinical operations within a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). This leadership role focuses on supervising nursing staff, improving patient care quality, and ensuring efficient clinical workflows in a community-based healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of nursing care.
• Supervise staff, workflows, and patient care processes.
• Coordinate ER referrals and patient care activities.
• Lead team meetings and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with hiring, evaluation, and staff management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required).
• Active New York State RN license.
• BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in FQHC or community health preferred.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and clinical operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
