Job Summary
The E-Business Analyst, Sr. is responsible for the development, implementation, testing, maintenance, monitoring, problem solving, and support of E-Business and Finance systems and processes. The senior analyst is responsible for knowledge user requirements, developing system enhancements, and providing functional and technical assistance to the Finance staff and campus users.


The senior analyst maintains Banner system updates, Concur data integrations and maintenance, and assists with reporting and data requirements in the Division of Finance. The position reports directly to the Director, E-Business.


Minimum Qualifications

»Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field.

»Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible business practice is required.

» practice with Banner ERP Systems is highly desirable, as is previous practice in information systems

» candidates must meet stated minimum education and practice requirements.


Minimum Knowledge, expertise, and Abilities

»Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers and use of several software applications (Integrated ERP system, Word, Excel, data base applications such as Access, PowerPoint, and Internet).

»Must exhibit excellent analytical expertise, think globally and creatively, and be flexible.

»Demonstrated capability to work with others in large complex projects.

» capability to translate strategic thinking into tactical actions.

»Must exhibit excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written.

»High-level work ethic.

»Excellent customer service expertise and capability to interact effectively with a diverse community in an academic environment.
