Position: Commercial Roofing Foreman

Commercial Roofing Foreman with Leadership Grit & Crew Energy

We're looking for a Foreman who doesn't just manage jobs,but owns them. Someone who leads from the front, keeps things moving, solves problems in the field, and takes pride in helping crews win the day. If that's you, then perfect timing!

Empire State Commercial Roofing continues to grow rapidly, and we're looking for the next core team leader who wants to build something that lasts.

Foreman Role Includes:

• $30 - 35per hour; plus 7% sales commission ( unlimited earning potential ) + hourly raises available based on experience & in field results. This year we paid and took the team to NASCAR racing, deep sea fishing, sky diving, Global Leadership Summit, and roof sales training events.
• Monday–Friday schedule, some Saturdays in the summer
• 6am to 6pm typical workday
• Paid onboarding & certification: Paid onsite training with commercial roofing & inhouse systems. Certifications through Conklin supplier.

What You'll Be Doing:

Roofing & Crew Support : Assist & work on active jobs, manage job sites, and lead individuals or sub crews.

Some Project Managing : Oversee bids, estimates, and scheduling using Housecall Pro & Company Cam.

Some Inspections : Conduct site inspections, float during the busy season, and help close incoming jobs.

As we grow and place new people, we will help you customize your work to where you are suited the best.

What You Bring:

Experience leading roofing or construction crews. Familiarity with commercial or residential roofing systems or willingness to learn. Hands-on construction knowledge with leadership maturity. Strong communicator who can manage teams, materials, and timelines. Ability to use tools like Company Cam, Housecall Pro, or willingness to learn.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3–5 years in commercial, residential roofing, or construction
• Foreman or crew leader experience with teams of 5+
• Sales or customer service experience a plus
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• OSHA certified or willing to become certified
• Must be 21 years of age or older
