We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join our clients team in Glenville, New York. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to oversee and streamline operations in a detail-oriented office setting. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating vendor communications, and ensuring smooth business office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
• Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory tracking.
• Review invoices to ensure accurate billing and timely submission.
• Coordinate communication with vendors and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
• Utilize Excel and Google tools to perform tasks such as mail merges and data management.
• Support the superintendent’s office with clerical tasks and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with fingerprinting and other onboarding processes as required.
• Organize and schedule meetings, breaks, and lunches to optimize office workflow.
• Proven experience in administrative office management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle receptionist duties and provide a welcoming environment.
• Experience in managing office supplies and inventory.
