Line Cook
Altair is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team.
We're seeking someone who is organized, reliable, and passionate about cooking. This is an opportunity to work with seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen while continuing to develop your skills.
Responsibilities- Prepare and execute dishes to recipe and quality standards
- Work cleanly and efficiently during service
- Assist with daily prep and station setup
- Maintain organization, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Support the team in delivering consistent, high-quality food
- 2+ years of line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
