Death of a patient - documentation and process Discharge AMA Fitness for duty HIPAA guidelines (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Risk Management Sentinel events-monitoring and reporting Voluntary /involuntary commitment *Clinical Practice Knowledge by Specialty
