Summary The Senior Account Manager (HORECA) is responsible for prospecting and managing new customers in the HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafes) channels. Responsibilities Partners with customers to develop and introduce a sales plan that will generate the desired growths in volume and profitability. Demonstrated ability to be highly strategic, interpersonal and analytical. Performs regular business reviews with customers within territory. Sell-in their day-to-day volumes and implement promotional strategies for the introduction of new brands and packages. Ensures customers are following the agreement set with the company. Interacts with distribution team and communicates with customers on distribution updates. Reviews DOS/Inventory report daily and share inventory status with customers. Works with planning team to guarantee supply chain metrics (IE: OTIF) are satisfactory.
