Technology Support Specialist/Help Desk
Technology Support Specialist/Help Desk: Principal duties and responsibilities include first line troubleshooting for the NYS Assemblys major applications including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Legislative Retrieval System, and several custom applications. ### Schedule:Monday-Friday 9a-5p### ### Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate should have a minimum of one years experience working on a help desk. Bachelor's degree is preferred, however additional job experience and/or non-degree courses may substitute Possess strong oral and written, communication skills. Must be computer savvy, proficient in all of Microsoft Office Applications. Critical thinking, quick learning ability, and decisiveness are essential characteristics for success.
