Whether it's predicting property appreciation, optimizing pricing strategies, or pinpointing the most lucrative neighborhoods, real estate data analytics is the compass guiding sales professionals toward success in an increasingly competitive industry. We are seeking a Director of Marketing and Sales Analytics who will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing performance and driving our real estate portfolio's success. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing marketing and sales analytics activities, including sourcing and purchasing relevant data and interpreting results to improve marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor financials, budgets, and sales targets to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Utilize market research, consumer insights, and big data to identify and define a core consumer target audience and comparable sales analysis.
  • Oversee and coordinate all marketing projects, from conceptualization and initiation to implementation and post-launch evaluation. Clearly communicate the value proposition of these projects to our target audiences, agents and owners.
  • Generate reports that summarize and present data in a clear and concise manner as requested.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, collaborating with leadership, based on research and analysis of competing development sites.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the marketing team, perform one-on-one performance reviews of external team members, and review all sales metrics.
  • Develop a high-level marketing and brand strategy aligned with the organization's strategic vision.
  • Align the organization around the brand and marketing objectives, creating metrics to track the reach and effectiveness of all aspects of the marketing budget and sell out analysis.
  • Manage communications from leadership to agents, owners, and our company database, promoting listings and initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct meetings with our agents and owners to understand their needs and assist with their marketing plans and closings.
  • Organize and coordinate company events and the execution of sponsored activities as needed.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales gameplan to achieve sales goals and oversee its execution.
  • Develop and implement creative branding and marketing campaigns for our new condo construction development portfolio.
  • Create multi-channel marketing plans to quickly and effectively reach target segments, including online, print, and social media.
  • Lead the communications team to establish a best-in-class public relations, online, print, and social media presence.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced experience in traditional and modern marketing and PR, including communications functions.
  • Understanding of all aspects of online and print material production, development and implementation of social media plans, and working with the press and other media outlets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing programs, Adobe Creative Suite programs, databases and familiarity with various social media platforms.
  • Fluency in establishing a best-in-class web presence that drives sales, reflects the company's vision, and supports aggressive growth goals.

Education and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a Master's Degree preferred but not required if 10 years of experience with a specialization in Marketing and or data analytics in real estate
  • Strong verifiable Real Estate marketing metrics analytics experience within the NYC MSA of high entry zip codes
  • 5+ years of well-rounded real estate analysis's, sales, marketing, and business development experience.
  • Experience with Mobile Marketing and Social Media experience. SEO/SEM, Google Pay-per-Click, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven attitude.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate Marketing is a must.
  • Excellent written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Position Details:

  • Full-time employee.
  • Locations: Midtown East Manhattan, Sunset Park Brooklyn, and development sites as needed.
  • Salary: $100K-$150K DOE (Depending on Experience) with sales bonuses.
