Role Summary:

The Claims Recovery Coordinator is responsible for managing and tracking recovery claims from start to finish, using technology and data tools to ensure accuracy, speed, and successful recovery. This role combines research, investigation, and communication, and is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys problem-solving and working independently.

This is a full-time role and is on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage a portfolio of active recovery claims from submission through resolution

• Use technology platforms and data systems to monitor claim status, communicate with internal teams, and maintain claim information

• Communicate with agencies, clients, and internal teams to obtain required documentation

• Identify delays, missing data, or obstacles and proactively resolve them

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and timelines

• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maximize successful recoveries

Relevant Skill Matches:

• Experience tracking cases, claims, accounts, or projects

• Comfort using technology, databases, CRM systems, or research tools

• Self-motivated, organized, deadline-driven

• Strong written communication and follow-up skills

• Investigative mindset and attention to detail

• Experience with Monday.com a plus

• Experience with Microsoft Excel a plus

• Experience with unclaimed funds a plus

Compensation:

• $50 - $70k commensurate with workplace experience
