Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) who drive to provide one-on-one private duty care for clients throughout Suffolk County, NY .

We are seeking caregivers who are passionate about helping others and committed to delivering exceptional care in the comfort of a client’s home.
Provide personal care assistance
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and household support
Meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Pay starting at $19/hr
Sign-on bonuses available
Referral bonuses
Weekly direct deposit
Flexible scheduling – per diem shifts available
Quick onboarding and fast case placement
Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical exam within the last 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year OR chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within 10 years
