Now Hiring: Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English)
Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, NY (On-Site)
$24–$27 per hour
Full-TimeWellbound for Special Needs is seeking a compassionate and organized Intake Specialist to support children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in accessing specialized home care services.In this role, you will collaborate closely with families, therapists, pediatricians, and care managers to guide clients through the intake process for services such as:Home Health Aide (HHA)Occupational Therapy (OT)Physical Therapy (PT)Speech Therapy
Preferred Experience:Home health, pediatric healthcare, or OPWDD services
Knowledge of OPWDD Code 95 and Medicaid/Managed CareExperience with Home Care Homebase or ePACES Make a difference by joining a team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with special needs and their families.
