We're looking for an ambitious EDI Shipping Coordinator to join its growing team in the New York office. In the support of the sales & production teams and working with the rest of the shipping department, this position has the responsibility of executing our company's strategy for successfully receiving manufacturer shipments and ensuring on time deliveries of all customer orders, in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed below. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who wants to grow in the fashion/accessories/apparel industry with a new, fresh & entrepreneurial company. Primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:

· Assist w/ coordinating the delivery & shipment of OMG's customer PO's before cancel dates

· Assist w/ tracking the arrival of overseas manufacturer shipments (containers), via air or boat, etc.

· Liaison between OMG's factories, fulfillment centers, EDI providers, customers & vendors

· Ensure factories and / or fulfillment centers receives all the supporting documentation: distros, weights / dims, packing lists, BOLs

· Assist w/ processing EDI shipments & details

· Verify customer PO details: routing, ASNs, pick up confirmations, distros, etc.

· Verify all PO details (UPCs, Style #, Pre-Packs, Ticketing) are fulfilled prior to shipment

· Verify all PO style #'s, units, & compliance details are complete prior to shipment

· Submit PO ASNs, labels, routing, pick up & invoicing via A2000 (ERP System)

Key for Success:

· 3 to 5 years experience with A2000 (or similar ERP / Sales Order system)

· 3 to 5 years EDI experience

· Efficient Time Management

· Advanced Planning

· Team Player: ability to provide & accept assistance on various shipping or EDI projects for maximum team productivity & efficiency

· Ability to communicate directly with OMG's current EDI providers, overseas factories, fulfillment centers (warehouses); plus with your counterparts in various departments of OMG's retail customers: sales, logistics, vendor set up / on-boarding, & FOB or POE shipping, etc.

· Utilize an efficient check list / "to-do" list system to ensure all random last-minute requests / tasks are followed up on {attention to detail approach}

· Review & verify all shipping documents are complete & accurate prior to submitting to customers or vendors
