Specialty Leasing Administrative Assistant

SPECIALTY LEASING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Pyramid Management Group, LLC, headquartered in Syracuse, NY, is the largest privately held developer, owner and manager of retail shopping centers in the Northeast. We are an entrepreneurial, forward thinking organization and a top tier company in our field. We are currently accepting applications for the position of Specialty Leasing Administrative Assistant for locations throughout our portfolio.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain all Specialty Leasing administrative paperwork and
- Assist Specialty Leasing staff in preparation and distribution of all License Agreements.
- Collect sales reports, insurance certificates, and HVAC agreement from
- Act as liaison between Building Inspectors and Center for specialty permits as
- Negotiate storage agreement with
- Track and organize all tenant Other duties as specified by Specialty Leasing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
- An enthusiastic and driven personality
- Good interpersonal skills
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
An Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or equivalent education or experience
