Office Manager
Friedman Fisher Assocates is seeking an office manager, capable of many diverisfied tasks. Tasks include front office management, ordering supplies and answering phones.Accounting tasks such as payroll, including payroll and quarterly taxes, weekly payables, invoicing, and reconciling bank accounts.
Marketing tasks include preparing responses for Request for Proposals, developing practice sheets, preparing marketing materials and maintain social media sites.
Human Resoure tasks including management of insurance plans, HSA contributions and maintaining employee records.
