Seiren – Mediterranean Conservas Bar | New York, NY
Seiren is a Mediterranean-inspired conservas bar focused on elevated hospitality, refined small plates, and a thoughtful cocktail and wine program. We are seeking polished, energetic Cocktail Servers to join our opening team and help deliver a seamless, high-touch guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
Hospitality-first individuals with a warm, confident presence
Experience in cocktail-forward or upscale dining environments preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits (aperitif-driven menus a plus)
Ability to read guests and anticipate needs in a fast-paced setting
Team players with excellent communication and professionalism
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, knowledgeable cocktail service to guests
Guide guests through cocktails, wines, and menu highlights
Work closely with bartenders and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain clean, organized service stations and follow all service standards
Accurately enter orders, handle payments, and manage guest tabs
Uphold NYC alcohol service laws and company policies
Requirements
Prior serving or cocktail service experience preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
NYC Food Handler Certificate and alcohol service compliance (or willingness to obtain)
