Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and machinery to and from job sites throughout Westchester County and surrounding areas. You’ll play a key role in supporting our field crews and ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safely operate and maintain Class A commercial vehicles (dump trucks, lowboys, flatbeds, etc.)

· Load, transport, and unload landscape materials and heavy equipment

· Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies

· Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs

· Assist with equipment loading/unloading and secure loads properly

· Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and inspections

· Provide occasional on-site support to landscape construction crews, as needed

Requirements:

· Valid CDL Class A license (with clean driving record)

· Minimum 2 years of experience driving Class A vehicles, preferably in construction or landscaping

· Experience hauling and securing heavy equipment

· Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards

· Ability to lift and move heavy materials

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

· Knowledge of Westchester County and surrounding areas is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

· Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting

· Experience working in landscape or construction environments
