Office Coordinator

salary: $30 - $36 per hourshift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership Support: Partner with regional leadership on operational initiatives, tracking team schedules, and coordinating high-level design meetings
- Act as the administrator for project collaboration sites and leverage digital tools to organize project data
- Serve as the professional face of the organization by managing front-desk operations, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining a high-energy, organized workspace
- Support the "people" side of the business by coordinating interviews, assisting with new hire onboarding, and managing executive travel and expenses
