Executive Assistant
Volt is immediately hiring an Executive Assistant in New York, NY
As an Executive Assistant , you will:
This role seeks a highly organized and proactive candidate to provide administrative support to 9 MDs/EDs/VPs . The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting senior-level executives in an administrative or similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars for senior-level Partners.
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Process and manage expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform general office duties and provide day-to-day administrative support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and business etiquette due to exposure to confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility regarding assigned duties and working hours.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Concur systems preferred but not required.
This is a Contract full time opportunity.
Pay Rate: $29.00 - $30.22 per hour
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
