HR & Finance Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HR & Finance Assistant to support daily Human Resources and Finance operations. This position is in-person and ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career— entry-level applicants are welcome. Because this role involves sensitive employee and financial information, trust and confidentiality are essential.

Duties

• Assist with onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and benefits support
• Support payroll processes and weekly pay cycles
• Help prepare and maintain financial documents including invoices, reports, and expense logs
• Maintain organized and accurate HR and finance files
• Provide general administrative support across both departments
• Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and management
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required for this role to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Professional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Prior HR or finance experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
