Senior Product Manager

We’re expanding our team, and we’re looking for a  Senior Product Manager to jump in and help us scale fast. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves, get into the details, and push the needle on everything from customer research to product strategy. You’ll play a key role in helping us hit our ambitious goals and become a dominant force in the renovation industry.

What you’ll do

• Report directly to and collaborate with the CEO to establish product strategy for our consumer mobile application, vendor application and internal tools


• Lead the ideation, research, design, development, launch and testing of user-centric experiences


• Deeply understand user needs through regularly conducting, extensive detailed user research


• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results


• Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users


• Develop product roadmaps, prioritizing the highest value features and building alignment around the roadmap across the executive team, key stakeholders and engineering


• Analyze metrics that inform product success 

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of product management experience


• Experience with complex consumer internet products , marketplaces a plus 


• Experience working on a lean product management team (<5 people) at a quickly growing early stage startup (<200 people) 


• Experience reporting to executive leadership team, and translating product strategy to executives, investors and other key stakeholders 


• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, stay cool under pressure, and know how to prioritize when everything feels important.


• Deeply plugged into consumer technology trends, experience building gen AI based applications a plus 


• Strong analytical skills and able to dive into qualitative and quantitative metrics and make recommendations rooted in data


• You’re excited to work out of our LA, SF, or NY offices, with a preference for our LA headquarters.

We believe in rewarding hard work and hustle, and we want you to share in the success you help create.

Salary Range: $170,000- $220,000
