Founding Product Designer
Product Designer (3–6 Years Experience)
About the Role
We’re hiring a product designer who wants true ownership and the opportunity to help build something from zero to one. This is a high-impact role for someone who cares deeply about craft, systems thinking, and shaping the future of product design alongside a highly collaborative, design-focused team.
You’ll design tools used by designers, researchers, product managers, and marketers — transforming complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences. This role is ideal for someone energized by ambiguity, fast iteration, and close collaboration with founders and engineers.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end product design for core experiences — from early discovery and user flows to polished, production-ready UI
Partner closely with founders and engineers to shape product direction and make thoughtful, fast decisions
Design and evolve scalable systems, including flows, states, edge cases, and interaction patterns
Build and maintain a robust design system that grows with the product and team
Translate complex AI-driven and research-heavy workflows into simple, approachable experiences
Iterate quickly based on user feedback, internal usage, and real-world customer needs
Elevate the overall bar for usability, clarity, and craft across the product
Who You Are
3–6 years of product design experience at a product-led company (consumer, B2B, AI, or marketplace experience is a plus)
Experienced shipping and iterating on production-ready products end-to-end
Highly proficient in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, refinement, and collaboration workflows
Strong background designing B2B workflows, dashboards, and multi-step onboarding/setup experiences
Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers on implementation details
Systems-minded, with strong product instincts and attention to detail
Skilled at communicating ideas clearly and giving/receiving direct feedback
Motivated by ownership and excited to help define not just design, but product direction and customer outcomes
