Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer support to German -speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
• Provide detailed information regarding our gaming services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to facilitate service improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives to further develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new culture.
• A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
