- MSN AGNP Pathway: The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on adult gerontology typically takes 2-3 years. Programs may offer pathways such as BSN to MSN, RN to MSN, and bridge RN to MSN. The curriculum includes both coursework and clinical practicums.
