Job Summary

Reporting to the Billing Manager, this role is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of material quotes in our accounting system, posting daily tickets, as well as payment of our material and haul purchases. This role allows the flexibility to work one-day a week from home.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of clerical responsibilities with billing and sales administration.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of material sales quotes in our Point of Sale and Accounting System
• Responsible for the payment of all incoming materials & external haul vendors
• Work with internal sales department on accurate haul pricing for customer deliveries
• Aggregate Scale Operator (As Needed) Ticketing and weighing trucks purchasing stone at plant locations
• Primary back-up for the receptionist (As Needed)
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or Billing preferred
• Associates degree preferred
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
• Initiative to cross-train and learn new tasks as assigned
• Dependable, timely, and a positive attitude
