WHY THE ROLE EXISTS
The Regional Product Manager – North America plays a pivotal role in transforming complex business needs into solutions that deliver measurable value. This role exists to ensure our products not only meet but anticipate the evolving demands of our clients and the market. Acting as the bridge between strategic vision, execution, and client success, the Product Manager drives adoption, optimization, and innovation across the region.
Initially, the role will concentrate on driving strategy and outcomes for one of our flagship post-trade solutions. Over time, its scope may expand in response to client needs—providing the opportunity to influence a broader product set and shape the future of our middle office offerings in North America.
By working closely with senior business sponsors, operations leaders, and technology partners, the Regional Product Manager ensures our solutions deliver reliability, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence. At the same time, they capture market insights, champion user needs, and prioritize a roadmap that enhances trade processing, risk management, and client servicing. Ultimately, this role is about ensuring our products solve real problems, deliver tangible results, and create lasting value for our North American clients.
WHAT THE ROLE DOES
- Product Strategy & Leadership: Defines the vision for our products in North America, shapes regional strategy in alignment with global goals, and ensures the product roadmap reflects both client needs and market trends. Provides thought leadership on how our solutions evolve to deliver sustainable competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication & Influence: Engages directly with senior sponsors, business leaders, and technical stakeholders both internally and externally. Acts as the voice of the North American market within global product governance, aligning priorities and ensuring roadmaps unlock maximum value for clients and the business.
- Market & Client Insight: Builds deep understanding of the regional market, client base, and regulatory environment. Uses these insights to anticipate client needs, influence global strategy, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose in North America while scalable across regions.
- Risk & Escalation Management: Anticipates and mitigates risks for our North American clients, escalating blockers to the right stakeholders. Balances trade-offs to keep the product moving toward strategic outcomes while protecting client trust and business integrity.
- Execution & Delivery Oversight: Partners with technology and operations teams to ensure regional product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered. Works closely with our regional global deliver management teams ensure commitments are met and client value is realized.
- Quality Assurance & Client Success: Ensures products meet regional client expectations with a focus on reliability, regulatory compliance, and long-term client satisfaction. Champions adoption and user success across the North American client base.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identifies opportunities to streamline internal processes, improve delivery outcomes, and drive innovation that anticipates future client challenges and market shifts.
- People & Thought Leadership: Serves as a role model for product management excellence, mentoring teams and representing the firm externally as a trusted thought leader on middle office and post-trade solutions.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 12+ years relevant industry experience
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, post trade operations and related regulatory requirements in North America.
- Experience managing complex client situations
- Proven ability to define and communicate product strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with global technology and business teams to deliver agreed outcomes
- Experience representing a broader team into a region
$155,000 - $165,000 a year
plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
