Product Manager, Core Experience
ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is seeking a Product Manager to help define and execute the future of our core member experience across our mobile and connected fitness platforms. This team is at the heart of our mission, building the engaging, habit-forming features that keep members coming back for years. We build products across all our platforms, including iOS, Android, our integrated hardware, wearables, and TV apps.
As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in owning initiatives aimed at improving member engagement and driving growth. With experience in building mobile apps and a solid understanding of consumer subscription models, you will report to a Group Product Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Content, and Marketing to deliver a world-class experience for our members.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Champion the member : Dive into the data, user research, user testing, and analyses to find opportunities to improve our members’ experiences and outcomes.
- Execution: Own product requirements and the product development lifecycle, sweat the details, and lead projects to successful results.
- Communication : Communicate effectively within your team and across the org, deliver progress updates to keep stakeholders informed, and to inspire action.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Research. Partner with many functions to understand opportunities, prioritize needs, and help identify cross-functional dependencies.
- Bias for action : Think quickly, take calculated risks, and embrace change.
- Build for scale : Empower the team to deliver a roadmap that balances feature development with long term scaling.
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of building for mobile apps with measurable impact on user growth and engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially the ability to work closely with all the cross-functional team members.
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback.
- Self starter; ability to act autonomously.
- Constant attention to detail.
AS A BONUS
- Experience in consumer subscription models and driving growth through subscription-based features.
- Experience working on a consumer software product with integrated hardware.
- Experience in health and fitness, content streaming, or other related fields.
- Knowledge of AI/ML recommendations.
