Mid or Senior Interaction Designer, New York Hybrid

We’re working with a fast-growing creative studio that partners with bold brands to bring meaningful digital experiences to life. They’re on the lookout for a curious and capable Mid-Weight Interaction Designer who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help craft clear, engaging, and beautifully functional digital products.

You’ll join a close-knit team, collaborating across time zones to build future-focused solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves simplifying complexity, enjoys working across multiple platforms, and wants to be involved in all stages of the interaction design process.

Essential Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in interaction or UX design, ideally within an agency or product studio
• Expert-level Figma skills — components, prototyping, auto-layout, all of it
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for responsive web, mobile, and product interfaces
• Turn insights from research and data into thoughtful interaction design decisions
• Collaborate closely with brand, tech, and UX teams throughout the entire product cycle
• Champion user needs while considering business and technical constraints
• Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and client teams
• Keep documentation up to date and contribute to shared design systems
• An excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas for any audience
• Stay curious, bring in fresh thinking, experiment, and evolve your craft
• Strong portfolio of work that shows clear thinking, solid process, and pixel-perfect execution
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design across web and mobile platform
• Passionate about crafting seamless, human-centered experiences
• Legally eligible to work in the US and flexible hybrid working in NYC
