About the Role:

This temporary, part-time assignment (6 months) is designed for individuals who take pride in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with new homeowners. This role offers a guaranteed 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent position based on performance and business needs. You will serve as a key representative of our organization, guiding new home buyers through one of life’s most exciting milestones-moving into a new home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to new home buyers and builders
• Conduct new home orientations and walkthroughs, ensuring all details are addressed and documented.
• Explain home features, systems, and basic maintenance requirements clearly and confidently.
• Meet with clients on-site, answer questions, and document observations using digital tools.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, builders, and homeowners.
• Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

Travel & Work Setting:

This is a field-based role. To be successful in this position, you must be comfortable traveling extensively throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY. Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility are essential, as assignments may vary by location.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in residential construction or related field.
• Comfort using tablets or mobile devices.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move between properties throughout the workday.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

In compliance with the New York Pay Transparency Law, the hourly pay rate for this role is $25 per hour. If hired into a full-time, permanent position, the expected annual salary would be $41,600, subject to applicable benefits, policies, and final offer terms.
