We're looking for someone with 5+ years experience milling and paving (concrete and drainage exp a definite plus). Beyond that, looking for someone who takes extreme ownership of their work and helps us deliver a high quality product to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee paving projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise site activities, ensuring safety compliance and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must have - 5 years of experience in project management and expertise with milling and paving
- Nice to have - Concrete, drainage, and line striping experience
- Nice to have - BS in Construction Management or similar
- Nice to have - HCSS, Sage or similar
