Senior AI Agents Developers - NEW YORK CITY - $500k+

The Role You’ll be at the forefront of designing and deploying advanced AI agents in a high-performance, production-grade environment. This role blends hands-on engineering, research evaluation, and large-scale system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable AI agents using Python
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into complex enterprise ecosystems
- Assess and benchmark third-party AI models, tools, and services
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into intelligent systems
- Enhance and maintain internal platforms for AI agent evaluation
- Contribute to code quality through reviews and best practices (Git, Confluence)
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues in AI systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or closely related field) from a Top 10 US university is REQUIRED
(Examples include MIT, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, UC Berkeley, Caltech, Georgia Tech, Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, etc.) - Proven experience at top-tier technology firms (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft) or leading quantitative trading firms
- Minimum 5+ years of professional Python development experience
- Demonstrated experience building AI agents using recognized frameworks or platforms
- Strong expertise in AI/ML libraries and third-party integrations
- Consistent career progression with clear promotions and average tenure of 2.5+ years per role
- Experience working with enterprise collaboration and version control tools (Git, Confluence, Slack)
- Must be currently based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
- No contract profiles will be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-impact environments
- Passion for building production-ready AI systems at scale
