Shipping Clerk
- Experience: 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel) and experience with shipping software (e.g., WorldShip, ShipStation).
- Equipment Knowledge: Prior experience or certification on a sit-down forklift is a major plus.

- Documentation Mastery: Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and international shipping documents (if applicable).
- Carrier Coordination: Schedule pickups with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and LTL freight providers; maintain the daily shipping log.
- WMS Oversight: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to track inventory movement and update order statuses.
- Physical Logistics: Assist in the staging and loading of pallets; utilize pallet jacks or forklifts to move freight to the loading dock.
