Front Desk Receptionist, Bilingual in English/Spanish
Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish Required)
Location: Wappingers Falls, NY
Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Southern Dutchess Behavioral Group, a growing outpatient mental health practice, is seeking a professional and dependable bilingual front desk receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and follow-up visits
- Enter and maintain accurate information in medical software (EHR)
- Support front office administrative operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Comfortable using basic medical software; EHR experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a mental health or medical setting is a plus
