$55,000-$69,500 per year
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the facility manager in daily operations and long-term planning of the conference center, including administrative functions.
- Act as the point-of-contact in the absence of the facility manager.
- Schedule and oversee contractors and tradespeople for repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed upon timelines.
- Organize and assign tasks to maintenance staff and monitor progress.
- Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, inventory, etc.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by facility manager.
- Conduct regular inspections of the entire property to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently, including IT hardware and software.
- Respond to facility-related issues and questions from staff and guests.
- Assist in managing the facility budget, including ordering supplies, parts, and equipment, and tracking expenses.
- Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
The Skills You Will Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with International Paper preferred
- Proven experience in facility coordination, maintenance, or a similar role
- Experience in a corporate or hospitality setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work evenings or weekends, as necessary
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs for extended periods of time
