Recruiter for Allied Health and Mental Health
About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter to support large-scale hiring for allied health and mental health professionals. This is a fast-paced, volume-driven role for someone who understands how modern recruiting works, including systems, software, data, and automation. You will own requisitions end-to-end and be expected to move quickly while maintaining quality.
This role is designed for someone who is comfortable operating inside recruiting platforms and workflows, not someone who relies solely on manual outreach.
Who You’ll Be Recruiting
Licensed and credentialed healthcare professionals including:
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech Language Pathologists
- Physical Therapists
- Psychologists
- LCSWs, LMHCs, and other mental health clinicians
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting pipelines across multiple clinical disciplines
- Source candidates using job boards, databases, outbound outreach, and referral channels
- Work within ATS and internal systems to track candidates accurately and at scale
- Use automation, workflow tools, and AI-assisted features to improve sourcing, screening, and follow-up
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to improve job ads, outreach messaging, and candidate conversion
- Conduct phone screens and qualification calls
- Ensure licensing, credentialing, and documentation requirements are met
- Maintain clean data and pipeline visibility for leadership and operations teams
Systems, Software, and Scale Focus
This is not a relationship-only recruiting role. You will be expected to:
- Understand how recruiting systems and software fit together
- Work comfortably across ATS platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards, and messaging tools
- Use AI-enabled features and automation to increase throughput and consistency
- Think in terms of pipelines, funnels, response rates, and time-to-fill
- Continuously improve processes through data and iteration
Qualifications
- 2 plus years of recruiting experience, healthcare preferred but not required
- Experience in high-volume or agency-style recruiting environments
- Strong comfort level working in software-based workflows
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many open roles simultaneously
- Results-driven with strong ownership mindset
Compensation
- Base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000
- Performance-based incentive tied to recruiting output and results
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting allied health or mental health professionals
- Experience with recruiting automation or workflow optimization
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as response rates, time-to-fill, and conversion ratios
Why This Role
- High ownership and real operational impact
- Exposure to modern recruiting systems and AI-enabled workflows
- Fast-growing organization with opportunity for growth
- Onsite, collaborative team environment
